Before you ask

Questions we get most often.

How long does setup take?
Days rather than months for the software. We load your houses and residents, set up your dues, and train your guards. Hardware installation is scheduled separately after a site survey.
Do all residents need smartphones?
No. Residents with the app get the full experience, but visitor passes work as plain codes that can be shared any way at all, including by message or over the phone.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your estate and whether you need hardware. Tell us your number of homes and we will give you a straight answer, with no obligation.
Can we keep our current guards and gate setup?
Yes. Kompound works with your existing security team, and in most cases with your existing barriers too. We assess what you have before recommending any changes.
Who owns the data?
Your estate does. The records belong to the community, and they remain available to your management through every handover.
